Go to Triggers in the left side menu.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.

To locate the EDC endpoint for a cart layout in Fresh Relevance:
Go to Content > Cart Layout.
Hover over the cart layout you want to include in your campaign, and select VIEW.
Under Including the Cart Layout in your Cart/Browse Abandonment messages, copy the URL for the cart layout endpoint.
In the example below, this is the section beginning withhttps://
and ending with@EMAIL@
.
When the abandoned cart email containing the EDC for your cart layout is sent, Dotdigital fetches the cart contents from Fresh Relevance and merges it into the email.
When you are testing your email template in Dotdigital, the personalized content does not display if you use the preview or test send functions. It only displays on a live send, so to check the cart layout you must send a live campaign to your internal or test contacts.
