Things you need to know:
You must be an Admin in BigCommerce.
Set up the BigCommerce integration
To install the Fresh Relevance BigCommerce App:
Log in to Fresh Relevance.
In a new tab in the same browser window, log in to your BigCommerce store.
In Fresh Relevance, expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Website Settings > Site Details.
Enter the Website name, Website address, and Currency for your BigCommerce store, then select NEXT.
Expand the Website eCommerce System drop-down menu and choose BigCommerce. Then select NEXT.
Read the confirmation message, then select YES if you’re ready to proceed.
Once complete, in Fresh Relevance, expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Website Settings > BigCommerce Settings.
Under Connect Store, enter your BigCommerce store ID.
Select CONNECT. This opens BigCommerce.
In BigCommerce, confirm you would like to install the Fresh Relevance app.
Once the connection is successful, you’re redirected to Fresh Relevance. The first product sync starts automatically.
