Check Fresh Relevance performance on your site.

Updated over 4 months ago

To check how Fresh Relevance is performing:

  • Reality check the system
To see real-time reports for top-level metrics go to Reports > Performance.

To view performance data for individual content types, go to Reports, then select the content type you want to view.

To see a more details breakdown of conversions, go to Reports > All Reports > Detailed Performance Data > Conversions.

    • You should see a reasonable level of recoveries, but if you’re concerned, you can double-check whether you have a catch-all set. To do this, expand the User menu, and go to Settings > Triggers and Messaging integrations > Go Live!.

You can also check your ESP Settings and Trigger Settings.

  • Check recorded visitor sessions
To check what sessions are being recorded for your site visitors, go to Data > Visitors.

View session data for a test visitor

To see what the Fresh Relevance script is recording from your website:

  1. Expand the User menu, and go to Settings > Triggers and Messaging integrations.

  2. Select Trigger Settings.

  3. For the purposes of testing, temporarily set small values (for example, 1) for Remarketing Slice Size and Contact Remarketing Pressure Interval to allow frequent remarketing without being blocked.

  4. Expand the User menu, and select Open site info bar.

  5. Copy the URL from this page and paste it into an incognito or private browser window, or into a different browser — for example, if you normally use Firefox, paste it into Chrome. This means you get a new session.

  6. From the popover window at the bottom of the page, copy the Device ID. Keep the incognito or private window open.

  7. Return to Fresh Relevance in your original browser and go to Reports > All Reports > Site Activity & Insight > Visitors.

  8. Enter the Device ID you copied, and select Search to open the visitor record for your new session.

  9. Select the Audit Log tab.

  10. In the incognito or private window, do some pretend shopping using the shopping cart session that you just started, and then return to the Audit Log.

  11. Expand the drop-down for the current session. You may need to refresh the screen occasionally. For example, put something in the cart and then wait long enough that the session is abandoned.
