To access the Visitors area, go to Data > Visitors.
The initial dashboard has two tabs:
Live sessions that are currently in progress.
Finished sessions that have completed.
These can take a few minutes to display in Fresh Relevance.
You can filter live and finished sessions to find sessions of interest, for example, identified visitors.
You can also search for a particular visitor using the search field in the top right. Enter the entire email, mobile number or ID for the visitor you want to view.
You can select any session row to see the Visitor history. This page shows all data we hold on that visitor, across all of their recorded sessions.
Information and settings for visitors
Each individual Visitor history record displays a variety of information about that specific visitor. There are also a number of settings that you can configure at a visitor level.
General information and permission settings
When you select an individual visitor record, the left side panel shows general information about them, such as their email address, mobile phone number, location, and their current permission state.
You can adjust the permission settings to prevent the visitor being sent emails or SMS.
To do this:
Expand the Permissions section.
Expand the drop-down menus to set the relevant permission levels for email and SMS. Choose from:
Given positive permission
Do not send
Not set
If the field has the value Not set, you can control whether Fresh Relevance is able to send to the visitor on the Trigger settings page.
Learn more in Set marketing permissions with data fields.
Sending from Fresh Relevance might not always result in an actual send, as unsubscribes or other sending permissions are often also managed through your messaging provider.
For GDPR purposes, or for visitors that request no data processing for other reasons, you can disable all data processing for a visitor.
To do this:
Expand the Permissions section.
Expand the Ok to process data (GDPR) drop-down menu and choose from:
Process
Do not process.
When you set this field to Do not process:
no further messages are sent to the visitor
any personalization through the system is stopped
no further data is collected for that visitor.
Once Do not process is set, you can select Show personal data if you need to review who the person was or re-enable data collection for any reason.
Below the general information and permissions are expandable sections for:

The Audit log tab displays information for every session the visitor has had, and other key information about the visitor’s history, for example, if a system user has changed their permissions. Select a session to see further information about it.
