When you create a user in Fresh Relevance, their login credentials initially give access to only one account. Later, you can grant the user permissions to access multiple accounts.
Before you start
Things you need to know:
If this is the first time you want to access multiple accounts, contact Support.
Grant multi-account access
If your already have an account with access to all of the accounts and you want to give the same access to other users:
Log in to Fresh Relevance with the login that already has access to all accounts.
Expand the User menu and go to Settings > Account Details > User Accounts.
Find the user you want to grant the permissions to and select ACCESS PERMISSIONS.
βSelect the Client Accounts tab at the top of the page.
βSelect the check-boxes next to each of the accounts you want to give them access to.
βSelect UPDATE ACCOUNT at the bottom of the page.
When the user logs in they see the list of accounts they can access.
