Add a new user to your Fresh Relevance account

Give colleagues access to your Fresh Relevance account by adding them as users with their own login.

Follow these steps to add a new user to your Fresh Relevance account:

  1. Log in to Fresh Relevance. If you have access to multiple accounts, select the one you want to add the user to.

  2. Expand the User menu, and go to Settings > Account Details > User Accounts.

  3. Select ADD NEW USERS.

  4. Enter the new user's username, password, first name, last name, and email address.

If the new user needs to set their own password, direct them to the Password Reset page.

You can add unlimited users to any Fresh Relevance account.
