Add a new user to your Fresh Relevance account

Learn to add a new user to your account.

To add a new user to your Fresh Relevance account:

  1. Log in to Fresh Relevance and select the desired account, if necessary.

  2. Expand the User menu, and go to Settings > Account Details > User Accounts.

  3. Under Want to add new users to access your account?, select ADD USERS.

  4. Enter the new user's username, password, first name, last name, and email address.

If the new user needs to set their own password, direct them to the Password Reset page.

There is no limit to the number of users you can add to your Fresh Relevance account, allowing you to accommodate your business needs.
