Things you need to know:
After your account is locked, you must wait up to one hour before attempting to log in again.
Regain access to a locked account
To regain access to your locked Fresh Relevance account:
Wait for at least an hour after your account is locked.
Reset your password on the password reset page.
Log in with your new password.
