To test your site integration:
Expand the User menu, then go to Settings > Website Settings > Test Website Integration.
For Script Test, enter the URL of the website you want to test .
Select TEST.
Fresh Relevance runs the test and tells you whether the script is working correctly.
If the test detects issues with the script, you see details of the problem and a suggested solution.
Troubleshooting
If the system can’t detect the Fresh Relevance script on the page, the page’s security settings may have prevented Fresh Relevance from rendering it.
To check whether this is the cause, select OPEN PAGE IN NEW TAB, then select TEST again. If this doesn’t work, contact Support.
