Things you need to know:
Dotdigital Audience sync and contact data field sync are only available for your primary Dotdigital API user.
The number of audiences you can actively sync at one time differs based on your account package.
Contact your Customer Success representative to discuss.
Data sync is one-way: Dotdigital to Fresh Relevance. We check every five minutes for changes to list or segment membership, or contact data field values, and update the corresponding audience and visitor record in Fresh Relevance.
This action doesn’t refresh segments in Dotdigital.
Synced segments are refreshed in Fresh Relevance on an hourly schedule.
