From the EasyEditor Build menu, expand the Fresh Relevance App block menu.
Find the App block you want to add, then drag it into place on the EasyEditor canvas.
Select the block to open the editor side panel.
Add or edit content in any of the fields you want to change.
Select APPLY.
Design the rest of the campaign or page as you want it, and save.
Show different content for mobile and desktop views
To display a different Fresh Relevance Slot for mobile and desktop view, you can create a SmartBlock for each visibility setting, and push Slots containing these SmartBlocks to Dotdigital as App blocks. Then, in EasyEditor, add each App block to it’s own column block container and set the visibility you want for the content.
To place a Fresh Relevance App block in a column block, you must ensure that the width of the SmartBlock doesn’t exceed the width of the column you want to place it in.
Check the width of a column block
In Dotdigital, open your campaign, survey, page, or form.
Drag a column block from the left side Build menu onto the EasyEditor design canvas.
Hover your cursor over the columns, then select and hold the dotted divider line when it appears.
You see a percentage split of column widths along with the width in pixels.
You must ensure that your SmartBlock width doesn’t exceed this column width.
Single column blocks
To check the width of single column block, temporarily change the block to have two columns, then follow the above steps to check the width. Add the two column widths together to get the total width of your column block, then revert it two have only a single column.
If you’re working on a survey, page or form, to get an accurate width, set the Column spacing to 0px when you change the block to have two columns.
Check or edit the width of a SmartBlock
In Fresh Relevance, create or edit your SmartBlock.
On the Design tab, under Core settings, check the value in the SmartBlock width field.
If you need to change the width, enter a new value in pixels in the SmartBlock width field.
Select SAVE.
