Responsive design in cart layout

Our cart layouts produce standard blocks of HTML. These blocks are loaded into a field or called from a URL to be merged into the template body in your messaging provider at send time. As long as you design the cart layout as part of your overall template, they should be completely compatible with any responsive design you want to use. Just code them the same as you would any other HTML.
