Site Brands enable support for multiple sites with identical underlying HTML. Adding a Site Brand updates the script to capture the value and create an additional product set. The Site Brand of the visited site during a session is captured, allowing the display of relevant content, such as triggers or recommendations.
To support a new Site Brand, update the following:
Script
Add the script and purchase complete image to the additional site(s). Use the same script/image as your existing site(s).
Triggers
Update existing triggers by adding a Site Brand rule, so they are sent only when someone abandons/purchases on the appropriate Site Brand(s). Create a new trigger for each trigger type with a rule targeting the new Site Brand(s). Use the Trigger Site Brand rule under the "Raised <signal type> Signal" group.
SmartBlocks and Slots
Add a Site Brand filter to Recommendation SmartBlocks to recommend products from the same Site Brand as the person is visiting/has visited. Update Slot rules for existing Slots to show content only on the appropriate Site Brand(s). Apply these changes to each relevant SmartBlock and Slot.
