Set up a new site brand in your account

Site Brands support multiple sites that use the same underlying HTML. When you add a Site Brand, the script captures its value and creates an additional product set. During a session, the visited site's Site Brand is captured so you can show relevant content, such as triggers and recommendations.

To support a new Site Brand, update the following:

Add the script and purchase complete image to the additional sites. Use the same script and image as your existing sites.

Update existing triggers by adding a Site Brand rule so they send only when someone abandons or purchases on the correct Site Brand.

Create a new trigger for each trigger type that targets the new Site Brand.

Use the Trigger Site Brand rule in the Raised <signal type> Signal group.

Add a Site Brand filter to Recommendation SmartBlocks so they recommend products from the same Site Brand the person is visiting or has visited.

Update the rules for existing Slots so content displays only on the correct Site Brand.

Apply these changes to each relevant SmartBlock and Slot.
