Setup

Go to Content > SmartBlocks.

Select the Twitter tab.

Select CREATE SMARTBLOCK.

Hover over the layout you want for your SmartBlock, then select CREATE.

Enter a name for your SmartBlock.

Optionally, add tags to group this SmartBlock with others of your choice.
​For SmartBlock management and reporting purposes.

Enter the ID for the feed you want to show, for example, BBCNews.

Enter the number of posts you want the SmartBlock to display.

Optionally, enter a hashtag to filter posts displayed to only those using the specified hashtag.
​This only applies to posts from the feed ID you have set, not all posts with the hashtag.

Select the check boxes to choose whether to display Title, Images and Retweets.

Expand the URLs in Tweets drop-down menu and select how you want to display URLs in your SmartBlock:

Optionally, if you have selected to show Title, enter the title you want to display.
​Leave blank to display the account name as the title.

Enter a redirect URL for when a visitor clicks on the feed.
​Leave blank to default to the Twitter (X) account page.

Enter the UTM tags — utm_source, utm_campaign and utm_medium — you want to use to track clicks on this SmartBlock.

Enter any merge parameters that you want to allow in the Slot query string.
