By default, we enforce a contact remarketing pressure interval of approximately 24 hours. This prevents multiple emails from being sent to the same recipient within 24 hours, including emails from subsequent stages in a multi-stage trigger.
For example, if stage one of a trigger is set to send after 30 minutes and stage two is scheduled for 20 hours later, stage two is not sent due to this restriction.

Adjust settings to ensure trigger stages send
If a trigger stage is not sending due to the contact remarketing pressure interval, you can fix this with one of the following methods:
Option 1: Reduce the marketing pressure interval
Go to User menu > Settings > Triggers and messaging integrations > Trigger settings
Lower the interval to allow shorter gaps between sends.
Option 2: Bypass marketing pressure restrictions
In the trigger settings, select Ignore marketing pressure for sends.
This allows multiple emails to be sent to the same recipient within a 24-hour period.
Option 3: Increase the delay between stages
Adjust the wait time for each trigger stage so that it happens at least 24 hours after the previous stage.
Choose the option that best aligns with your email strategy and compliance requirements.
