Temporarily stop a trigger program
If you only want to prevent a trigger program from running for a short time, the easiest solution is to pause it.
To do this:
Go to Triggers in the left side menu.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.
Select the trigger program you want to pause.
Select the Pause this trigger program check box.
Select SAVE.
This prevents any future emails from being sent.
Pausing a trigger program doesn't queue up the emails that would have been sent, they are discarded.
You‘re presented with a message on the dashboard about any paused triggers.
Permanently stop a trigger program
The simplest way to completely stop a trigger program from sending is to delete it.
To do this:
Go to Triggers in the left side menu.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.
Select the trigger program you want to stop.
Select the Delete icon.
