Before you start
You must have permissions to manage trigger programs.
Pausing prevents future emails and discards any unsent emails from that program.
Deleting permanently removes the program and its settings.
Temporarily stop a trigger program
Pause the trigger program to stop it for a short time:
Go to Triggers in the left side menu.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.
Select the trigger program you want to pause.
Select the Pause this trigger program check box.
Select SAVE.
Pausing a trigger program prevents any future emails from being sent. Emails that would have been sent are discarded.
You see a message on the dashboard about any paused triggers.
Permanently stop a trigger program
Delete the trigger program to stop it permanently:
Go to Triggers in the left side menu.
Select the Trigger Programs tab.
Select the trigger program you want to stop.
Select the Delete icon.
