Before you start
Things you need to know:
Make sure you have the following before starting:
Login details for Fresh Relevance.
Login details for Twilio with the appropriate credentials, these are provided to you by your Mapp Engage project manager.
Twilio API credentials.
Get your Twilio API details
You need the following:
Account SID
Auth token
Messaging Service SID
Account SID
You can get this ID from your Twilio Admin Console.
Auth token
You can get this token from the Twilio Admin Console.
Messaging service SID
The SID for this particular messaging service is the sender profile, which is associated with a particular sending mobile number or shortcode. Get this token from the Twilio Admin Console.
Copy these API details to a temporary location such as Notepad.
Set your API details
After finding the API information above:
In your Fresh Relevance account, expand the User menu and go to Settings > Triggers and Messaging integrations.
Select Messaging Proivder(s).
Expand the Service Provider drop-down menu and select Twilio SMS.
Select NEXT.
Enter your Twilio details, including the Account SID, Account Auth Token, and Messaging Service SID.
Select the ? icon next to each field for more details.
Select SAVE.
