Report types

  • The Performance Overview gives a top-level view of system data and performance, which can also be seen over time.

  • Trigger Programs, SmartBlocks, Slots and Experiences reports give data that has been collected against each item to gauge performance. Data points being viewed can be adjusted, viewed over time and exported.

  • The Conversions report gives summary data for a range of data points in a basic table layout.

  • The Visitor report displays all live and finished sessions. Select a visitor to see a more detailed report of their interactions with your organisation.

  • Browse and Cart Abandons, Trigger Messages Sent, Trigger Recoveries and Purchases Made show more detailed system activity for these features.

  • The Campaigns report shows you the value attributed to each campaign being tracked through Google Analytics links.

The values in each column for that row show what happened to people who arrived on your site through links with this code where the attribution model awarded the purchase.
This data does not exactly match what you see in Google Analytics, because Google returns approximate values.

  • The system Control Group report shows how the system as a whole is performing against any global control groups configured, for example, at a Triggers, web or email content level.

  • Optimizations configured have their own reports, which can be accessed through the Optimize center.
